New Media Art Club, a Community Interest Company (CIC), aims to support its mission of promoting contemporary art and nurturing local Leicester/shire artists. The club will host exhibitions and provide artist development courses to enhance the skills and careers of emerging/working artists. Additionally, it will offer shared workspace and office facilities, creating an affordable and collaborative environment for local creatives.
We will be hosting the first of the Interact Evenings in partnership with Interact Digital Arts.

We will be:
- introducing people to the space
- showing what you can use
- talking about our plans for our equipment/tool library
- discussing ways to get involved
We will then hand over to Dr. Sean Clark to talk about his plans for more regular interact tutorial / have a go evenings for artists interested in Media or Computers in their work.
How to get to the space:
As the event is after hours, LCB Depot's entrance on Rutland Street is closed. Please meet at the gates on Colton Street and either Sean or Nush will fob you in. We will gather in the courtyard from 5:30pm - 6pm to allow everyone to arrive before heading upstairs to the CoLab.
